• Usage Data: Screen connectivity status, playlist playback logs, content scheduling records, login timestamps, and administrative actions performed within the Platform.
• User-Uploaded Content: Images, videos, web URLs, and any other media files you upload to the Platform for display on your signage screens. You retain full ownership of and sole responsibility for all content you upload.
• Billing Information: Subscription plans, payment history, and invoice records. We do not directly collect or store credit card numbers or banking details; all payment processing is handled by authorized third-party payment processors.
• Communication Data: Support inquiries, feedback, and correspondence with our team.

How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information strictly for the following purposes:

• To provide, operate, and maintain the digital signage Services.
• To authenticate your identity and secure your account against unauthorized access.
• To deliver and schedule content to your signage screens.
• To monitor screen health, connectivity, and performance metrics.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide the Services. Upon account termination or deletion request, your personal data and all uploaded media will be permanently and irreversibly deleted within thirty (30) days, except where retention is required by applicable law.

SeroCast Player Application

The SeroCast Player app connects to our servers to receive and display content assigned to your screens. The app collects only the minimum device information necessary for service operation (device model, OS version, connection status, screen resolution). The app does not access contacts, camera, microphone, precise location, call logs, SMS, or any personal files on the device.

Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser cookies and local storage exclusively to maintain your login session and user preferences. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics services.

Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected data from a child under 18, we will promptly delete such information.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the bottom of this page will be revised accordingly.
